SanFrancisco or Vegas?

DH wants to go away for our anniversary. (Sept)

We are trying to decide between San Francisco and Las Vegas.

Extra points to the city that features nightclubs with bellydancers AND drop in lessons. Combining it with a festival would be big bonus.
