Country line dance Hula?
okay so I popped in the Hula workout tape that my BD teacher lent me... WTH?
seriously... the song (she is teaching the moves to go with a choreograhy) is called the 'Hula Rock' and if it isn't the most Country-est song I have ever heard. I like the odd Country song... I'm not big on Country music but some of it isn't so bad.
But this tape... she's obviously inserted some not very hula-esque moves to make it more of a work out... but come on - the "mash potato hop?"
sorry, I know that I'm only vaguely familiar with the hula ... but this move has no business being in there...
oh dear. - so I did half the tape, about 30 minutes, and decided I'd had enough and finished up with the short 15 min workout on the Rachel Brice DVD. No wonder Kathy leant it to me... I'll have to make a note of the producer/star so that I NEVER BUY it!
