picked up my beaded fringe order from Egypt today.

it should have been delivered yesterday but... they didn't bother to knock on the door or something because... I was home and I got the stupid we tried to deliver but you were out sticker on the door. - ugh.

Super fast shipping.  SHOCKING,  Egypt to Canada in 5 days?  Colour me amazed!

the beads... well the colour is gorgeous, but kinda of low quality beads and I already have a few strands that let go so I'm going to put a dot of fabric glue on the thread ends and hope that holds it.

Overall for the price - I'm pleased.  You wouldn't catch me doing this much hand beading for fringe... ever.

that India is entirely NORTH of the equator. 

I was looking at my world map trying to figure out exactly where the Balkans were - and there was India - right where it's always been but I guess I never really looked at it in relation to the equator.

of course India & the equator have nothing to do with the Balkans (which is kind of the Mountain region that is north of  & includes Greece and in between the Adriatic Sea and the Black  Sea.)
