sleeping beauty..........
this weekend I:
slept a LOT. I slept in on Saturday morning, had a nap Saturday afternoon, went to bed & slept through the night, went back to bed & had a nap Sunday morning, then had another nap on Sunday afternoon - after rehearsal. And I'm planning to go to bed early tonight.
I'm a little nervous about the fan routine we rehearsed today. One of the girls... is not... working out so well. I've tried correcting her but... I'm really going to have to - what - cut her from group number. I've put her in the center where there is someone she can follow all the time but... I don't know what else we can do? One more rehearsal. I do have an understudy lined up.......but I really don't want to cut her she's only doing two of the numbers..........
I also ordered a NEW trumpet skirt and gloves from LRose. They are having a 10% sale for Valentine's day. AND I DESERVE IT!
and I took Pizza to my parents' place (for my dad's birthday) and played with the adorable puppy they are babysitting for a friend of my mother's for two weeks.
AND managed to squeeze in some Valentine hanky panky around here.
