kinda sorta better.
not completely.
enough that I have done some rehearsing for Saturday show & I taught my classes this week - but can't manage yoga or stomach the idea of milk.
sleeping too much also.
So much to do today ............
Plus packing for our trip out west. Not looking forward to spending a week with the in laws. WHY on earth did I agree to that?
