my first serger
OMG!
okay - so it is a hand me down and a borrowed hand me down at that but the person who lent it to me is planning to purchase a new one.... so I have it on temporary/permanent loan.
Until now I've always made do with my regular sewing machine, French seams or folded over hems when it mattered - never believing I really needed one. I cannot believe how fast and wonderful and way more efficientthe serger is.
I see a lot more sewing in my future. (finished a t-shirt, harem pants and my skirt is 3/4 finished.)
