if you MUST take a muscle relaxer - go to bed afterwards.

Unfortunately I have a class to teach tonight and although my back is starting to loosen up - my neck is screaming at me.  So I took the damn pill.

ALSO unfortunately I have rehearsal tonight.

and I think I have just enough time for a nap.... maybe?
