So - I was ironing the skirts I washed last week.

GETTING READY for the SHOWS we have THIS WEEKEND.  YES ALL WEEKEND.

And - I just Melted  a HUGE HOLE into my purple satin skirt.  Yup - Ruined.  Completely.

Wouldn't suck quite so much except I have a pair of pants in the same fabric AND two bra belt sets that I wear with it also.

OMG. 

I guess that settles it - I will be wearing the pink or the teal this weekend - I'll look like a pastel princess next to all my other dancers wearing jewel tones BUT - I can't wear the red (someone else is wearing red & it looks terrible when we dance side by side)

DAMN it all!

(the red skirt needed a higher heat & I should have adjusted down for the purple.  I just didn't think it through.)
