so I'm hopelessly swamped with school stuff at the moment but I did make time to do a tape this morning.
my dance instructor, now that she's gone through the whole of the choreography is going back through it to 'perfect the moves' - good thing.
I have a question - when I practice or even dance I attempt to balance the sides. equal number of repetitions of the same thing on both sides - I can see how you might not end up with equal side equations in a choreography but this one seems really heavily balanced to one leg. Probably why I don't practice the choreography at home and use my free time to concentrate on doing balanced moves - x number on the right, x number on the left.
Why isn't her choreography balanced? shouldn't it be?
gotta run - shimmy shimmy.
