back to painting
Well if I want to get these last two rooms painted before my surgery I better get cracking.
Put the first coat on the ceiling of my guest room and started to do the edges of the bathroom ceiling. Now I have to open the next can of ceiling paint.
fun fun fun.
But I have to stick around the house anyway for a phone call so I might as well get something productive done.
Booked my tickets for Bellydance Superstars Babelesque yest. OUCH - very expensive but... since I certainly won't be going anywhere after that for several several weeks I know it will be worth it.
Also have to get my xmas shopping done before the hysterectomy. For sure I won't be feeling like doing it after.

When is your surgery?
I have an appt on 11/15 to look at the thyroid again. They'll probably want to do a biopsy this time, and most likely not a needle--which means surgical, and before the end of the year. Bleh.

Rachel and Sharon will be there this time *squees like a fan girl* (Rachel was MIA last time they were in Detroit)
Hysterectomy is booked for November 21. Three weeks away! I'm trying to get everything done ahead of time so that I can lay in bed, read and watch TV for a month or more. Dogs aren't going to like it one bit. They are used to their 2-3 mile walk EVERY day. Tough patottie. Mommy's going to be out of commission and they'll just have to run around the yard more.
