-I took a yard of chiffon, folded it in half on the bias sewed the open sides of the triangle, leaving a small section so I could turn it inside out. -tried it on. Sewed some pre-beaded trip up to about two inches from the knot. along the bottom and then added the same beaded trim along the top fold.
took one yard of chiffon and less than two yards of beads.
I will try and get a photo up asap. not likely before next week though - my camera is on the fritz.

Lessons ARE so much better than video - video is great for practicing once you already know what you are doing but nothing really compares to learning it from a teacher in person. Plus you get this weird energy from being in a class full of women who are having fun learning ways to move their bodies. THAT is ultra cool.
