no wonder I am so tired...

tired- I just want to crawl back into bed this morning.  But... too much to do.

Among the items on the to do....

I am tea staining some elastic.  I want to switch the elastic out of my new tinker zills.  Not sure it will work but... I have to change the elastic out anyway.  The thumbs are just right but the fingers are either too tight or too loose but I need a longer piece of elastic to play with in order to get the knots in the right spot.    I had the same difficulty with my Saroyans... too tight, too loose, and eventually just sewed velcro on to the elastic.

I want to register for the Kami Liddle workshop.

I wonder if I should email K re: the substitute teaching gig I did on Saturday?

I need to book the room at the Community Centre for the next session.

I need to work on my advertising stuff

And sewing.

And dance practice.  ugh.

Plus get a package ready to mail, run to the store for water, check out food scales, post flyers in post office, grocery store and Aquatics centre...

That's all I want to say in a public entry.

Ciao.  Have an AMAZING DAY.  Send me some energy.  or caffeine.  or both.

Have a good one. How you you think your class went?

which? the substitute gig?

it went okay, not great. I fought with the CD player the entire time.

& I had difficulty merging the inexperienced with the more experienced students.

But the room itself, was amazing....*cries* These beautiful sprung hardwood floors, gorgeous mirrors, wonderful natural light from an entire wall of windows (2nd floor) nice little nook for hiding the teachers coat & stuff. So why does it have such a crappy CD player? The sound system is wired into the walls with speakers all over the place...

Sounds like the room where I have my gravity classes (I think it may have originally been designed as a dance or karate studio). The owner has this funky sound system which allows her to wear a microphone and broadcast over the music. Now she has stickies all over the equipment on how to use it. One of the other instructors brings in her iPod and speakers because of the time she couldn't get it to work (hence the stickies).
