dust off your math skills.
I have a piece of patterned fabric - sheer or somewhat. It is 60 inches wide and maybe 3.5 yards long. (it was all they had.)
I'd like to do something semi-old school cabaret - something with a circle skirt look - but not enough fabric to follow my usual circle skirt pattern.
What do you think would be the best way to do this?
Cut it into three equal sections and pleat the top?
Cut three pie shaped pieces? = 1/3+1/3+1/3 = a circle right?
Make it significantly shorter and add some complementary trim to the bottom?
SUGGESTIONS please?

I don't think the pattern is one that is directional - so I'm not worried about making it line up or anything. Should I be?
