a day of shopping.

lets see....

today I left the house at 9:30 -

and I went to the fabric store, (bought veil fabric for the two gifties - and a ton more of the black cotton gauze) Then on to the dollar store - found these great pin in the hair flowers AND these scrap booking metal medallions in a bronze-y shade that I intend to sew onto a bra & belt set - colour to be determined....(12 for $1) awesome price... bought several packages.
Vet's office for medication. Walmart and then Pet store looking for Malacetic wipes for dog (no luck)  may end up having to buy them online...Mason is having a problem with his mouth where the drool kind of pools in his lips and it's causing an infection of sorts - so - this is what the vet recommended - she told me I could get them at Walmart? but... can't find 'em.

Bulk food store for chocolate covered coffee beans - ugh - dreadful but... if they keep my asthma from kicking in during the performance - worth the dreadful taste.

Then I went to this store where I'd seen this ring at Christmas - they still had them - so I bought one as a gift for the student...

Then the grocery store where I bought essentially $80 of vitamins & some minor misc. grocery items - salad stuff & eggs.

Exciting eh?

I hemmed the veils - so that's done.  Now I just have to get gift bags for them.  The colour was difficult.  They both have red hip scarves but the red chiffon was too horrible for words.  So I got brown and a pale beige. The one girl has an orange top that she frequently wears so I thought the brown for her... and I don't know...I just made a decision.

I also ran out to the butcher shop - don't ask.

DH came home and we walked the dogs.

Made salads etc. Now... I'm waiting on him so we can have dinner.  yippie.

I forgot to get dog food so ...

guess I'll be doing that tomorrow.
