I hate TICKS

yuck gross blah.

Because we live in a rural area AND because we walk the dogs daily, we are subject to ticks.  This never used to be a real problem but has become worse and worse in recent years.

It has never been as bad as it has been this year.

We use Frontline Plus for the dogs which I import from the US - it isn't approved/available for Canada.  It usually works pretty well for the dogs but... I found a tick in my bedroom last week and just found one crawling on my arm a few minutes ago.  (Pandora was curled under my computer desk earlier this am.)

I am grossed out and feel like taking a shower in rubbing alcohol.

gross gross gross gross gross

No, you don't. Well, I don't know what the symptoms were supposed to be... but you wouldn't like the treatment is what I mean.

IMO ticks are better than fleas (as in easier to see and get rid of). I hate the really HUGE ones. And once you find a tick, your brain keeps feeling them crawl over you.
