One thing I never liked about Suhaila's studio: Always way too hot. No A/C, no fans. Really uncomfortable. I won't take a workshop there unless that has changed. Since they did just move to a new studio (like, yesterday), I'll probably go check it out and see if that's improved. Otherwise, I'm skipping workshops. I've heard hers are incredibly brutal anyway and I don't see the point of torturing myself.

I hope you recover soon! Did you try epsom salts in the bath water?
