well I obviously got a good workout with the Kathy Smith BD tape yest.

I tried to do the Veena & Neena arms&abs today and ... I really felt sore. I struggled through it though. Can't say it enough I'm out of practice... sheesh and my last class was... June. wow.

but enjoyed the tape(DVD) none the less - has a second workout on it I will tackle tomorrow.

I'm headed to the city - fabric shopping if I have money enough after I buy my texts. I don't like to charge fabric... it is such an indulgence. Maybe I'll just pour over my box of fabric and see what would adapt into costuming...

got to run... or should I say... shimmy on out of here....

went through my fabric and stopped by Value Village and Fabricland.

found some fabulous shiny brown stuff (2m) in my collection as well as a large piece of stretch velvet in a royal purple. ...

Value Village had halloween stuff out... I couldn't resist a pair of angel feather wings... was hard to decide between red and white ... since they only had three pairs I opted for the red. The also had a big piece of pale blue curtain sheer.... I really considered it - thought it would make a great skirt... but not exactly my colour... $10... I may still go back for it.

Fabricland... I bought some black sheer - for sleeves and some great dangly beads sewn on tape ... the beads were on for 4.49 a metre! wow.

Now I just have to find time to sew up some stuff.
