Feb. 15th, 2006 12:45 pmI have been getting up too early lately and consequently very tired.
today after I made breakfast and booted DH out the door (6:30) I crawled back in bed to warm up and I didn't wake up until 10:30 OMG!
so needless to say everything today is on a time delay. The dogs haven't had their breakfast yet. but at least they went out while I was making breakfast for DH.
*gotta get moving daylight is a'wasting.*
I've sent in my registrations for Rachel Brice & Aziza. They've cashed my check for Aziza - still waiting to hear if I got into the Rachel workshop. I did the Rachel dvd this morning. I find that I do everything with much deeper knee bends with her workout. My thigh muscles are inferior and sore. Of course I'm still burning from that guest yogi we had at this past Saturday's yoga practice. or I'm old. or both.
