10 minute quickies DVD review

I did the Jayna portion the other day and did the Suhalia and Rania and the yoga portion today. I did not do the HipHop sections. So this is not a complete review.
I recognized part of the Suhalia portion as a direct cut and paste from her Buns video. Not impressed.
for Rania ... it wasn't bad. for Rania. I detest the other videos I have of hers so... that's saying a lot.
The yoga moves too fast and she's not clear in her instructions. Actually that goes for pretty much all of it.
This is not recommended for beginners. Some of the moves are fairly advanced AND No Safety precautions/proper Dance posture. Instruction is minimal. (Rania actually gives good instructions compared to Suhalia!)
I suppose I liked the Jayna section best. I'm glad I didn't pay for it. ... if I had ... I suppose I might do it when I was severely pressed for time... but..
It would be good if you were already familiar with all the videos and were just doing this to guide you through an abreviated workout
