Sewing progress

still conflicted on the plum over-skirt. I don't know if I want it to be - like the ones I saw at the Audra workshop OR in more of a handkerchief style. But I cut it into a square so now I just need to decide. /____\ or sort of like so.... |/V\|
I didn't finish the gold pants - instead I sorted through my patterns. And found half a vest pattern. I found the back? where the heck is the front half? I remember attempting to make it and finding it too small in the chest so... that might mean it is in one of the boxes of fabric - still attached to the cheap cotton I was using to test that pattern with but after sorting through all my patterns I was not ready to tackle the fabric too.
I also - believe it or not - found this ... I know it is old because the entire pattern set only cost $1.50. - never used
I inherited patterns from my mother's sewing box and I also took a box of patterns from my sister when she moved. And she inherited patterns from her ex-MIL (way back when she was still with her ex and still doing a lot of sewing) I wonder where it came from?
Not complicated. I have enough fabric for it... but I was really hoping to go the vest route. hmmm. I wonder if I have enough to do both? the bra doesn't need very much.... just the straps mostly...
Instead of sewing I did my ironing. yippie.

We got some snow last night. I have instructions on how to run the snowblower. Normally I let J do it but... I may take a crack at it myself today. Why not?-
well scratch that. My neighbour just did it for me with his tractor. bonus. :)
