looks like I will be able to use the new/old computer to edit music. 

which is good.

I'm packing up more Christmas decorations today.  also good.

Pandora is getting into trouble so I have to go check on her.  That's the bad thing about being in the basement.... I may move this computer to the dining room after new year's eve.

Speaking of... I need something to do - other than movie marathon & food orgy.

looks like my washing machine may have washed it's last wash.

it is currently full of water and won't spin, won't drain. 

It is 18.5 years old.  And we've moved... a lot.  So really it doesn't owe us anything but... really pick a bad time?

Guess I'm looking at new washing machines tomorrow and weighing that against a service call.

Yes, we took it apart but... cannot easily see the problem - and really 18 years?
