(no subject)

actually got a fair bit done yest.

I went back to bed & slept until noon! I needed it.

got the last of the drywall in the laundry room done.  I'd like to tape & mud today... but not sure I'll get to it - even this week.  Most definitely will not get to painting it.

got a few more of the panel skirts sewn for my (non sewing) performers   - I told them if they want a custom fit -sew it yourself.  Otherwise I will always have a few loaners on hand - but they will belong to me - and you get what you get.  I have red & peach still to go but I have white, purple & turquoise finished.

Had to buy MORE fabric on Saturday as I forgot my coverup for the event & couldn't drive home for it.  It is really pretty - I may actually make it into a cover up.  It is polyester - which I don't like in a cover up but... yeah - maybe.

I really need to have a permanent gig bag, prepacked.  I'm always forgetting stuff.

I phoned up my old boss & am planning to go by for lunch next week.  I realized if I booked it - I would go.  Until now I've been doing this... I'll try and make it tomorrow stuff.

I'm going downstairs to look for the drywall tape.  Then track down my ipod... I think it is still in my gig bag.

ugh. stupid me.

I am allergic to peanuts.

not deathly but... itchy & hives etc.  each exposure the reaction is more severe.  Which means eventually yes - I'll get the full on anaphalaxis shock.

Today I ate half a granola bar before thinking hmmm this is crunchy..

J has been doing the groceries.

Took two allergy pills, am currently itchy.  I'm the only one that eats granola bars in this house.  Usually I toss them in my gig bag in case I need some food before/after teaching, on my way to a gig - you know. safe, quick, transportable, never spoil food.

glad I ate it at home instead of SATURDAY NIGHT when I was at the gig.

I am currently wearing full eye makeup including FALSE eyelashes for the very first time in my life EVER..

1- they are crappy
2- I can't find the cable to hook up to the computer

therefore  - you don't get to see them.
