Tommy Europe is in town today. (low level celebrity with a TV show of the above name)

I really don't understand why we welcome Fitness Coaches that motivate by insulting the participant.

I suppose it works by playing on your own insecurities but I'd be more inclined to walk out. 

Guess that's the kind of person I am.......
