moratorium on spending money.
Dec. 14th, 2011 02:01 pmNo! NO! NO!
Why do they keep having these AWESOME sales right now when I DO NOT want to spend more money.
I just dropped $65 at Cheeky Girls last week when they were having a 40% off sale.
& now a friend of mine is selling her Doumbek for CHEAP! (and I want it)
& TODAY I get an email from Dahlal.... look at these lovely bedlah.....all your size $50 off. now only $250.
And last night I was busy rationalizing that I am too old to be performing commercially and I really didn't need any more new costumes.
And I just dropped a chunk of money on hall rental for February Show & a class in Harrow on Jan 17th. - better call the Harrow news paper and start advertising that one! there's more money that will be costing me.
I wanted to have a nap but I really need to alter the skirt I planned to wear on Saturday night. - tell me should I wear the gold coin & leopard print? Or maybe I should wear the silver and red velvet?
P.S. Darling - you make such beautiful costumes and they fit so much better than anything you buy AND really you have SO much Freakin' Fabric around here. You do NOT need another costume - no matter how beautiful they are.
