can a song have colour?
I am listening to a particular song constantly at the moment. I'm planning to use it for an upcoming performance - (I've had other performances & will have again but this ONE is a very big deal for me personally.)
and of course I'm trying to decide on the costuming to go with it.
I've been trying out various colour & costume choices in my head (and where available from my wardrobe) and I'm trying to decide if the song has a colour?
Songs have tone, they have moods, yes? Can they have colours that represent those things?
Does a particular song scream for red? or blue? or stripes or black or purple or lime green?
Am I crazy? well yes -- but am I imagining this?

At first I thought maybe it was sepia tones or black & white - now... I'm wondering if it is bright colours & striped like an old time Circus tent.
and then I started wondering if I'd lost my marbles. - glad to know I'm not the only one that sees colour in songs.
