Rest is the BEST thing you can do when you feel sickness coming on. So many times I thought I was coming down with something, and I'd just take a whole day and do nothing. Just rest, sleep, move around a little, drink lots of water... and most of the time I wouldn't actually get sick after all. I hope it works for you!
