early christmas list

http://sorayadance.com/Fringebelt.html

when J asks me what I want for X-mas. I think one of these will be at the top of my list (right next to a new keyboard for my computer.) I just need to decide on what colour I'd like.

he is watching football and I am surfing the web, again. Big surprise.

I finally watched American Bellydancer. It was quite good. Worth what I paid for it. I ended up feeling sorry for everyone involved, Miles, the dancers, the dancer who didn't make it. I guess the only one I didn't feel bad for was Suhalia, i suppose.

I'm 30 minutes into the Bellydancers in Paris DVD. I couldn't watch anymore (its 2hrs long!) besides I was watching on the TV downstairs... I kept feeling like I should get up and try some of the moves rather than just staring at the screen. I think the double veil routine we saw at Sarnia was better than the one on the DVD though... ??? hmmm.

oh well.

yeah she was AMAZING. Good to know that someone else thought she was outstanding also - I thought maybe it was just the power of live performance that was making me remember her better than she was or something.

Next time I talk to Kathy I'll ask her if she or Vicki got a copy of the Sarnia performance video. who knows?
