I figure it gives me the most mix & match pieces with the rest of my wardrobe.
After I have it I can think about other colours. & I asked for some colour samples. So hopefully they send them.
That straw gold might look awesome with my gold coin - or not. That burgundy might match either my burgundy skirt or my burgundy/red pants -or not.
I might decide I should never wear silver -ever.
so we'll see. :)
And for all that talk about black blending in with the stage - I thought about it and I *almost* never perform on a stage - and the last one I did - had burgundy backdrop curtains.

I have an L. Rose baladi dress that I bought for a troupe costume a few years ago (see userpic), but I've always wanted one of their trumpet skirts.
