got my calendar finished & ordered.

I had to phone in and have the tech services authorize my order.  Couldn't figure out WHY it would not allow me to 'proceed to checkout'

Apparently their system only works with IE,  so I could have closed Firefox & opened IE and ordered it... but she just okay'd it over the phone.
