no butter tarts?

I've lost my butter tart recipe.

too late to call my mother & ask her to read it to me.

This would not be a problem.  Except .... when J left there were 6 (in the freezer).  and now there are none.

I figured I'd just make more... before he came home.

He is scheduled to fly home tomorrow.  I've googled & found lots, but not exactly the same... I just wish I could remember it better.  Or remember where I left mine.   Here's hoping...

I can imagine him being a little annoyed if you couldn't come up with a good way to make up for it?
