Easter Monday ? Holiday?

Is Easter Monday a holiday?

Apparently I screwed up when I scheduled classes for "Family Day"  Monday February 16th.   - Fortunately most people will be able to make it.

BUT I want to be sure I know when the next holidays are and are not so I can book my next session.

Is Easter Monday a holiday - shall I book it as a class day or not?   It makes no difference to me.

I know in Manitoba, the 16th is Louis Riel Day, and that, for us, is a Stat holiday.

Easter Monday I also believe is a holiday.

This year Easter is in April, so Easter Monday is April 13th.
I'm trying to schedule the next block of classes (6 weeks) so I can plan the schedule.

I don't want to make the mistake I did for Family Day which apparently IS a new holiday... I just didn't think it was real.
