ugh.

my stomach is not happy today.

I was fine until I came home from knitting class last night.  Had dinner and spent two hours thinking I was going to toss my cookies.

I took some drugs and went to bed.

Today ... I've been careful.  Only toast (and a grilled cheese) but... nothing is too happy to stay put in my tummy.

I've been sleeping off and on all day but have to get ready to teach tonight.  Fortunately it's a slightly shorter teaching night.    Maybe I can just tell them what to do...

but even if I didn't want to - I'd have to call everyone and cancel and - I really - don't want to do that!

we've had enough rescheduling chaos with the heat/furnace issues.
