so... I still have a Paypal credit hanging around.
so I thought... hmm. maybe I will order... a couple of DVD's or something...
but Amazon doesn't take Paypal. grrr.
I also thought I *might* *might* order a bolt of silk. & make up some veils - I want a 4 yard. and most of my students prefer working with something a little more than 3 yard.
but it looks like Dharma Trading doesn't take Paypal either.
*sigh*
hugs welcome.

She does some lovely red/burgundy mixes.
Her prices are very reasonable, but I haven't ordered from her.
Sedonia Sipes custom dyed one for me at a very reasonable price also. She used a very heavy silk. I could send you her email address if you are interested.
I'm considering ordering a bolt because I don't see a lot of 4 yards at a price I'm willing to pay. So I figured if I'm ordering a bolt - and dying it myself - make it worth it right?

Date: 2009-04-08 01:29 pm (UTC)I have a credit balance with them because I've had students pay me via paypal. Not my preferred means of payment but hey... I like to have the option available.
If I did give them my info & transfer it to my bank I expect they'd charge me additional fees - again.

Date: 2009-04-08 07:49 pm (UTC)I think I prefer lighter silk, but so far I've only worked with one 8mm veil.
Four yards sounds really bulky and difficult to whip around, hmmmm.

Date: 2009-04-08 07:57 pm (UTC)I thought... you were asking for 8mm which is what I consider heavy (compared to 5 or 6 mm)

Date: 2009-04-08 08:30 pm (UTC)I can then use those funds to pay other people. (ebay/bhuz/etsy)
OR I can put money IN my paypal from my credit card.
As far as I know you can't put money from paypal onto your credit card.
