so today I decided I was going to have a shower (so that my hair would be dry before 11 am.)

and then do one of my bellydance videos.  Other than teaching I've been neglecting my personal practice lately and I don't have time to just come up with combos as I listen to music in the kitchen or whatever...

So I shower and put on some shorts & a tank and pull one of the vids off the shelf.   Pick one with a nice yoga warm up because - I needed the yoga too.

and  yeck.

because I haven't had time to wash that floor lately and I've been practicing on it in the sparkle costume - the floor is a collection of dog hair and sparkles.  Which I now have all over my arms & legs.  After about 15 min - I gave it up and washed the floor instead.  maybe tomorrow I'll belly dance before work.

My hair is dry enough to brush now. and I need to have a second shower. so - off I go.

That reminds me of a joke I heard awhile back involving glitter and a gynecology appointment. You can probably figure it out on your own. ;)
