I am home from the performance.

I was repeatedly told that I aced it.  etc.

I'm finally starting to believe I am a good dancer. This really means a lot - do I need their approval or stamp of accomplishment - no.  But... yes I do constantly doubt myself.

It really does mean something to hear that your peers think you are pretty good. Even people I didn't know went out of their way to compliment me.  It felt fantastic to be honest.

So... I still need to take out the contacts and have a shower etc.

oh and the truck is full of 'decor' from the hall that I need to deliver to the organizer tomorrow.

i used to feel that way about my dancing which is horridly out of practice but my music feels good and i'm getting to the point of singing acapella in front of people.
