dancingleafI had a VERY pleasant day today.
I went out to the bank after lunch & after getting back home I parked my truck. Saw my neighbour up on his ladder so I went over to tell him itwas TOO early to hang Xmas lights & he better not be turning them on already. So I had a two minute chat with him.
Then he says - why don't you pop in and say hi to Deb (his wife), she'd be glad of the company.
So I did. AND I stayed & chatted with her for over 3 hours.
now needless to say I got nothing accomplished today but I did spend it pleasantly.
It was nice to sit & chat & think about something other than my work situation.
