I am an evil woman

No - what is this she's writing? I can't believe it.

Leaf:...well I couldn't resist.
You: WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?
Leaf:...well you see I went into the thrift store. Not really looking for anything - just wandering around and you see... it was only $4. ... and it really looked like it would fit... how often do you see something like this - especially in just about the right size.... and I just really couldn't resist.

Yeah so - just look behind the cut okay...

It took some very minor alterations to make it fit. I needed to add an insert into the neck but... she's skinny so it did fit around her belly.

I think it is absolutely adorable! And she doesn't seem to mind it much.

Of course the battery in my good camera was dead - so apologies for the quality but HAD TO PHOTOGRAPH THIS ASAP.

D@MN. Have to link to the picture.

I don't see the problem. She looks very stylish in it.

Dork!

putting clothes on your dog is considered a sign that you may need to increase your medication.

But yes - it suits her. She even wore it out for our walk tonight. :D

Is there medication for dressing up cats?

[identity profile] dancingleaf.livejournal.com 2009-12-09 01:27 pm (UTC)(link)
no medication - if you continue to dress up your cat they hold a room for you at the local hospital. (because you will be needing stitches AND medication)

Oh, and this is my desktop photo:

You may be a dork, but you are not alone. Let's form a support group. Can we bring our pets?

So should I try and put a little red something or a hat on my kitty and attempt to snap a photo that's actually in focus? :Þ

we're just thinking of stuffing cheddar in a stocking for a picture. he's not so fond of the dressing up. cats--u know the medication, stitches and all ; ]

(pic is not cheddar but joe)

Agreed - Dressing up cats is just asking for trouble.

Dogs on the other hand might or might not hate it but at least they have a sense of humour.

Cheddar is a sweety - you might be able to get away with kitty antlers ... but I'm not sure you could do the stocking. Of course - if you do manage it... Love to see photo evidence. :)
