10 numbers for the first half -(my student numbers) total about 45 minutes, including intro yacking. 10 numbers for the second half, soloists & guests - total about 50 minutes.
Total number of performers... um... 20? There are about 8 student performers & some of them are in the second half too. I've invited 4 vendors. so they need room & tables to set up.
Show goes from 7-9. I've told the performers we go on a 7:15 with or without you & I've planned a 10 minute intermission. We have to be out by 10. So I told everyone I'm throwing them out at 9:30... so we better be finished!
The room is supposed to hold 200 for parties etc. I'm hoping for about 60-80 people? I've had lots of offers for help so I should have the room dressed in no time.
