Truly what I think the problem was - the previous weekend when I did sword - I had time to centre & calm myself before the number - this time I ran off during the final steps of the number grabbed the sword & ran back "on stage" with no pause. I'd just done 5 songs in a row, did the sword & then had 2 more numbers. Next time I'm scheduling myself a break.
