I have spent most of the day trying to get the new computer where it needs to be.

however I am having some difficulty getting the ipod/music to transfer.  Mostly because I am TERRIFIED at losing the contents of my ipod and having to start over.

I also watched a 30 minute video of my(*our) performance in Harrow in March.  It was both... better and worse than I expected. :(

Yikes. That is scary. Is your ipod music still working on the old box?

w e l l - mostly the old box is working.

at least today.

AND I just found a bit of online advice on how to get it accomplished. MUCH better than the instructions Apple gives.

We`ll see if it works - probably will because it says another 30 min. to copy over my files.

well... I`ve got it on the new computer but not in the itunes library. It`s willing to add itself to Windows Media Player. I`m hoping I can then add it to iTunes from there...
