If I need to jumpstart my day, I'll make sure to sign up for a yoga or dance class first thing in the morning. I'd be hard-pressed to think of anything else that makes it any less difficult to get out of bed, and I always leave class feeling energized. The trick for me is to NOT come home and flop on the couch afterwards; I have to stay up and stay busy to keep the momentum going.

That said, I have been having a terrible time finding the motivation to do much of anything lately, even when I do exercise.
