dancingleafI'm teaching my first dance classes tonight.
I'm terrified.
I have a lesson plan - I have a little bit of music selected - enough I hope & the right stuff, I hope.
I don't know what I will wear yet as I'm freezing at the moment and I am hoping the heat is on in the studio. (usual class stuff with a sweater I expect.)
I'm freaking out. I am also taking deep breaths and there is nothing I can do now until after the class. Its only - 2 1/2 hours right? I can get through it.
