sanding and painting

so... as part of my preparations for taking part in the parade....

today I am sanding and painting my trailer. I put it into the garage to do the sanding... at least I'm out of the sun for now. I'll move it into the back yard to paint so that I don't have to worry about dripping paint onto the garage floor.

tomorrow I will be fabric shopping for the banners AND picking up a borrowed overhead projector.

running your own business is a lot of work! (and manual labour at that!)

tell my boss to wear gloves next time she uses oil paint unless she wants to be scrubbing oil paint off her hands for a week.

hopefully I don't have to do another coat but for sure wearing gloves next time!

I wonder if you can sue yourself for violating workplace safety.
