I can imagine. I had a very exasperating experience trying to do the measurements for a tiered skirt.
and then having to RECONFIGURE it all because I found a HOLE in the fabric!!!! frustration! ....
I can't remember if I might have already started cutting at that point or not...or still in the marking stage....
