I guess what I want is regular part time. I like working just the 4 hours a day, not sure I'd want more.
It pays decent, although not great - this job pays me as a private contractor, so no retirement benefits, but no deductions either.
There are a slew of reasons they can fire me for but they are pretty heinous things and mostly all prosecutable offenses (theft, tampering with the mail etc.) listed on the paperwork I signed when I started there.
