where's the love?

my back is stiff today - I think from helping K with her packing and moving.

I can't seem to loosen up and move today...so I'm procrastinating in front of the computer.....

I'm not sure if it is good or bad that the student/class I usually have on Tuesday mornings cancelled - sick/flu.

It's a slow gentle class and might have been just the thing I needed for this stiff back. 

Guess I'll take some ibuprofen and get moving...

I just needed to get some lovin' from my internets this morning....
