My honest answer is probably A, because you probably twisted or tried to reach too far with something heavy. Plus, you were helping someone else, and no good deed goes unpunished.
But F would be a much more interesting answer, and you'd have had more fun getting the injury, at least, so I'm hoping it's that.... ;)
