no -not sick - not at all.

dancingleafso yesterday I was supposed to have lunch with a friend.
at 10 am she finally confirmed that yes lunch was on.
so I jumped up from my seat in front of the computer to get some things done and the room started spinning -
the room continued to spin - so I thought - maybe a cool shower will refresh me. No - that just made me feel nauseous. So I took a Gravol and lay down for half an hour, when I wasn't sitting on the floor in the bathroom hoping I wouldn't puke.
I emailed her at 11:20 and said - yeah - I'm going to cancel lunch. I really cannot drive. She called me and told me to open the windows suspecting carbon monoxide poisoning. So I did but I don't think that was it. The carbon monoxide detector didn't go off and the dogs are just fine so I think it is just me.
Took another couple Gravol and slept all afternoon. ate dry crackers. Slept.
Today I am teaching my dance class at 10:30 this morning.
Feeling a little better I suppose but as soon as they leave I think I'll go back to bed.
I don't feel sick exactly. Just dizzy & light headed with occasional periods of I want to hurl.
