Maybe you should arrange these lists by priority? Sometimes I'll do that, marking items with either a number of stars or just a numeral in order of what really needs to get done first. It helps my disorganized mind.
Like, in the next days, I really need to finish up Xmas shopping (if people would just tell me what the hell they'd like as a gift!), go to Michael's/fabric shops/INTI/World Market, send out some obligatory holiday cards, figure out what kind of awesome side dish I'll bring to the big party on the 22nd, get a hair styling appt, finish up a few business things, etc. It just never stops.
