had a bit of a scare with Pandora tonight.

she fell about 3-4 times in the kitchen - trying to get up and go outside.  It was like she just couldn't get her back legs to work properly.

J & I picked her up and carried her over to the carpeted area after which she stood just fine on her own - went outside & walked around fine & then came in just fine.

I hope really really hope that this isn't a sign of things to come..............................

You hadn't just mopped the floor or something? Maybe a different surface is bothering her paws?

no. she'd been sleeping and then stood up - or rather - didn't stand up. I'm hoping it was just numbness/tingling in the leg - you know - like humans get if you sit in the wrong position or something...she seemed fine after we got her up into a standing position.

If we have to put rugs down all over the kitchen floor - I'll do it, but we'll see if it happens again first. :(
